METHODS OF REGISTERING A RESERVATION
You can make your reservations in the following ways:
- Electronically by entering directly into the system. After registration, a voucher is sent to you. You collect your tickets at the port, before boarding the ship.
- Electronically by sending an e-mail to horizonyachts1@gmail.com
- By phone at 22870–24083 at our main office.
Payment and receipt of the ticket from our headquarters.
Methods of Payment for Services
For the services provided, the following payment methods are suggested indicatively
- For online booking: Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners
- Our company has an IBAN account at the National Bank. All our transactions are carried out through the National Bank (NBG)
- By visiting our office and paying by cash or card (debit/credit).
Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Cancellation of bookings made
up to 48 hours before the boat tour: 100% refund,
or the tour can be moved to another day if seats are available.
Cancellations of bookings made
less than 48 hours before the boat tour: No refund.
If the day trip is canceled by Horizon Yachts, the boat tour may be rescheduled for another day if spaces are available or a full refund will be issued. The boat trip may be modified depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any boat trip at any time due to extreme weather conditions. Passenger safety is Horizon Yachts’ priority.
Product delivery policy
Your arrival at our office should be 30 minutes before the departure of the boat.

Horizon Yachts (hereinafter COMPANY) is a friendly, family business based in Milos in the Prefecture of Cyclades and started its activity offering one-day tours (sea) to the island of Milos. The company created the website www.kleftiko-milos.gr to offer information and services to its users.
The company informs that the hours of stay at the various destinations posted in the cruise programs are approximate. The itinerary may be changed or canceled without prior notice as above.
